US: Human Bones Discovered in Brooklyn Park for Second Time in a Week

New York: Human skeletal remains were discovered in a Brooklyn park along the East River for the second time in a week, as reported by the New York Police Department.

On Wednesday morning, authorities responded to a 911 call regarding a body found at Jane’s Carousel, where they located skeletal remains on the rocks near the water’s edge. This discovery follows an earlier incident, just two days prior, when a Parks enforcement officer found additional skeletal remains in the same area.

Among the bones recovered on Wednesday were a femur and several smaller fragments. The medical examiner is currently conducting an investigation into the remains found on both occasions, according to the NYPD.
